Quand Dragon trouve un chat errant dans son jardin, il le fait entrer dans sa maison pour lui permettre de se réchauffer. Dragon adore son nouveau compagnon félin, mais il se rend vite compte qu’il ne sait pas comment s’en occuper : il ne sait pas comment dresser le chat, il ne sait pas comment le nourrir et il ne sait pas quoi faire avec toutes les flaques jaunes que le chat laisse derrière lui!
Dans cette histoire tordante qui porte sur le sens des responsabilités, Dav Pilkey démontre que s’occuper d’un nouvel animal de compagnie, ce n’est pas toujours une partie de plaisir!
When Dragon finds a stray cat in his yard, he brings it inside to escape the cold. He likes living with his new feline friend, but Dragon soon realizes that he doesn’t know how to take care of it. He doesn’t know how to train the cat, what to feed the cat, and what to do about all the yellow puddles the cat leaves behind! Using his trademark humor and heart, Dav Pilkey illustrates the highs and lows of having a new pet in this tender story about care and responsibility.

Dav Pilkey
When Dav Pilkey was a kid, he was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia. Dav was so disruptive in class that his teachers made him sit out in the hallway every day. Luckily, Dav loved to draw and make up stories. He spent his time in the hallway creating his own original comic books -- the very first adventures of Dog Man and Captain Underpants. In the second grade, Dav's teacher ripped up his comics and told him he couldn't spend the rest of his life making silly books. Fortunately, Dav was not a very good listener.
