Dare to Transform Your Business was written with one purpose in mind: providing business executives with a simple path, advice and practical tools to confidently embark on the transformation of their business and make it a success.

Using the fictitious case of Lord Housing and the members of its executive committee, you will discover how to transform your business, even though it is a complex challenge full of surprises. While there is no single established route to achieve transformation, there are recognized practices that make a big difference when carried out effectively. This guide offers a synopsis of these practices through the seven keys of the FLEX™ Transformation Path. Watch as Barbara Lord, the CEO of Lord Housing, and her management team put the seven keys into practice to overcome the challenges that arise during the transformation of their company.

How does this guide differ from the many other books on transformation? Many of those talk about the choices to make for successful digital transformation. Others focus on change management. Some talk about the topic from a theoretical perspective or recount methods or success stories. This guide is unique thanks to the story, illustrated with characters inspired by our clients, over three dozen tools, and the simplified, practical pathway that combines best management practices, strategic planning, change management and project management. The situations, practical advice and tools it offers are directly drawn from real cases we encountered with executives and transformation teams.

In this practical guide you will find lots of advice and tools that will help you clearly define the “WHAT” of your transformation in order to determine the route or the “HOW,” so you can succeed down to the last detail. In short, with this guide, you will have a real roadmap and a complete tool kit to dare to transform your business with confidence.
